To ensure optimal print durability and wash fastness, follow these guidelines for Shalitink Process Yellow Plastisol Ink:

• Cure: 160°C (320°F). Make sure the entire ink layer reaches this temperature for complete cure. Surface temperature readings from laser guns can be misleading; Consider using a donut probe for accurate internal ink layer temperature.
• Flash: at 120°C (248°F) to 140°C (284°F) for about 3-5 seconds. Flash time may vary depending on your device and ink deposit thickness.
  Wash Test: Allow 24 hours after healing before performing a wash test. A perfectly cured print will not deteriorate even after washing 5-10 times. Half-baked prints will tear or fade after 1-3 washes.
• Stretch test: Gently stretch the printed garment about two-thirds of the way. If the print breaks and does not retract, it may not heal properly. Adjust curing time or temperature accordingly.
