Curing Instructions for Shaliteink Plastisol Ink

Getting an ideal treatment is important for print durability. Our bright blue plastisol ink offers you a customized treatment profile to save time and energy.

• Treatment temperature: Our ink treats 160 ° C (320 ° F). Ensure that the entire ink layer reaches and maintains this temperature for proper treatment.
• Flash temperature: Flash from 120 ° C to 140 ° C (248 ° F to 284 ° F) for about 3-5 seconds. Flash time may vary depending on your specific equipment and setup.

Important Curing Guidelines:

To test the treatment completely, allow for 5–10 washes. If the print shows deteriorating only after 1-3 washes, it indicates low-treatment.
