Curing Guidelines:

Proper curing is essential for the longevity of the printing  Shalitnik fittings is designed to last.

• Flash point: 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F).
• And oh yeah, Curing temperature: 160°C (320°F).
• Testing: We recommend a “stretch test” and a wash test before full production. After processing, stretch the print to about 2/3 of the shirt; If the print , print cracks and does not retract, the ink may not have set properly. Make sure the entire ink layer reaches 160°C to fully adhere to the material.

Pro Tips for Best Results:

For dark garments, while black is very opaque, using a white undercoat can increase vibrancy when printing multi-colored patterns. Guess what? As this is NB Plastisol ink, its pressure resistant but requires constant heat for final curing.

Clean-Up:

• Under Press: Use standard Plastisol Press Wash…
• In the sink: Use a suitable ink remover or screen cleaner.
• Storage: Store , Store plastisol ink at room temperature (65-90°F). Guess what? Avoid direct sunlight to prevent the ink from crystallizing in the tank.
