• Curing Temperature: 160°C (320°F). Make sure the entire ink layer reaches this temperature to cure completely.
• Flash Temperature: 120°C – 140°C (248°F – 284°F). Flash for 3-5 seconds, adjusting depending on your device and ink deposit thickness.

Achieving a Perfect Cure:

A properly cured print is essential for durability. While surface temperature guns are useful, they can be misleading because they only measure the top layer. For accurate curing, we recommend using a donut probe or thermometer to ensure the core of the ink layer reaches 160°C.

Testing Your Prints:

• Stretch test: After cooling, stretch the print to approximately two-thirds the garment’s normal stretch. If the ink bleeds and does not retract, it indicates under-curing.
• Washing Test: For definitive test, wash the garment 5-10 times. Poorly cured prints will deteriorate after 1-3 washes.
• Pro Tip: Always perform a stretch and wash test on a sample garment before starting full production to confirm optimal cure settings. If the test fails, extend the treatment time.
