Curing Guidelines:

Shaliteink Extra black plastisol ink is engineered for efficient treatment, which helps you optimize production by ensuring sustainable prints.

• Treatment temperature: Our plastisol ink treats 160 ° C (320 ° F) effectively. Ensure that the entire ink layer reaches and maintains this temperature for a specified residence time to get a complete treatment.
• Flash temperature: Flash on 120 ° C to 140 ° C (248 ° F to 284 ° F) for 3-5 seconds, for efficient multi-flash or print-flash-print applications. Flash time may vary depending on your dryer setup and ink deposits.
• Testing for complete treatment: We recommend both a stretch test and wash test before full production. Stretching about two-thirds of the length of the fabric stretching; If it cracks and does not retreat, it may decrease.
