Application & Curing Instructions:

Proper handling is key to durability. Unlike low-curing inks that can sacrifice washability, our formula is strong and long-lasting.

• Flash Temperature:Flash ink 120°C – 140°C (248°F – 284°F). Guess what? You want the ink to be dry to the touch, but not completely set before applying the next color.
  
• Curing Temperature:The ink must reach a full cure temperature of 160°C (320°F).
  

• • Important: This temperature must be reached throughout the entire ink layer, not just the surface. We recommend using a donut probe or temperature strips to verify your dryer settings.

General Testing & Pro Tips:

Before starting any large production, we strongly recommend that you do a “stretch test” and a wash test. If the print cracks when stretched or deteriorates after washing, the ink probably did not reach the desired , desired temperature of 160°C.

• Mesh Count:Best results are achieved with , with grids between 110 and 230 depending on design details.
• Clean Up:Use a standard pressure washer or ink THINNER. Ink can be easily removed from screens and rubber pads.
