TECHNICAL DATA & CURING INSTRUCTIONS:

Proper handling is essential for durability. Guess what? Unlike low-curing inks that can sacrifice stability Shaliteink is designed for strong long-lasting bonding at industry standard temperatures.

• Flash Temperature:Flash the ink at 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F). Make sure the surface is not tacky before applying the next color.
  
• Cure Temperature:The ink temperature must reach 160°C (320°F) throughout the entire ink layer for full curing.
  
• Testing: We strongly recommend washing test (5-10 cycles) and stretch test before full production… Like, If the print cracks noticeably when it expands, it means that the ink has not reached the required temperature of 160°C.

PRINTING TIPS:

For best results with , with NB Printing ink, we recommend printing on like fifty% cotton or a high quality blend. For dark clothes, the use of a white undertone makes the undertones more vivid.

CLEAN UP & STORAGE:

• Cleaning: Use a standard pressure washer or ink remover , remover to clean , clean screens and rubber pads.
• Storage: Store Shalitink products in a cool dry place protected from direct sunlight. And oh yeah Keep the containers closed when not in use to maintain the creamy viscosity of the ink.
