Flashing Instructions:
Ink flashes between 120°C and 140°C (248°F – 284°F). The ink must be dry to the touch , touch before the next screen application. You know what? don’t over-flash as this can cause adhesion problems between layers.

Curing Instructions:

This ink requires a standard cure temperature to ensure wash-fastness.

• Cure Temperature: 160°C (320°F).

• Important Note: The temperature of the entire ink layer must reach 160°C from top to bottom. And oh yeah, Using a laser gun only measures the surface temperature, that can be misleading. We recommend using a donut probe to ensure the ink reaches full curing , curing temperature on the fabric.

Testing & Best Practices:

We recommend that you do a “stretch test” before starting the manufacturing process. Stretch the processed print to about two-thirds the width of the shirt. You know what? If the print cracks and does not bounce back, it has not been properly processed. Adjust , Adjust THE dryer speed or temperature until the ink passes the stretch and wash tests.

Clean-Up & Storage:
