Shaliteink Silver Plastisol ink is formulated for optimal cure at 160℃ (320°F).

• Flash Curing: For flash curing, maintain a temperature of 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F) for 3-5 seconds. Flash time may vary depending on your device and ink deposit thickness.
• Full Cure: The ink is fully cured when the entire ink layer reaches 160℃ (320°F). Surface temperature readings from laser guns can be misleading; We recommend using donut probes or temperature strips to accurately measure internal ink temperature.
• Wash Test: Allow 24 hours after healing before performing a wash test. A fully cured print will withstand multiple washings without cracking or fading. For initial testing, perform a “stretch test” by stretching the printed garment approximately 2/3 of its width; If the print breaks and does not retract, it may not heal properly.
• Fabric Compatibility: While Shaliteink performs exceptionally well in a variety of fabrics, best results are usually achieved on 100% cotton. When printing on polyester or poly-blends, Shaliteink low cure temperature helps prevent dye migration (bleeding) that can occur when polyester dyes react to high heat.
