Curing & Flashing Instructions

Proper handling is essential for durability… Unlike low-curing inks that can sacrifice stability, Shalitink formulas are designed to perform well at standard professional temperatures.

Flash Temperature: Flash ink between 120°C and 140°C (248°F – 284°F). You want the ink to be dry to the touch before applying the next color or final treatment.

Curing Temperature: The ink must reach a full cure temperature of 160°C (320°F).

• Pro tip: Curing occurs when the temperature of the entire ink layer reaches 160°C from top to bottom. We recommend using a donut probe to measure the actual temperature of the ink in the dryer as laser , laser guns only measure surface temperature and can be misleading.

Printing Guidelines & Testing
