Curing & Flashing Guidelines:

Proper heat treatment is key to ensuring the longevity of your , your screen printing ink You know what? Please , Please observe the following temperature settings for Shaliteink installations:

• Flash point: between 120°C and 140°C. Seriously This range ensures that the ink is dry to the touch for the next color station without fully curing.

1. 1. Bottom Recommendation: Although our light blue is very opaque, we recommend using a white base on black or dark navy garments to ensure maximum color.
   2. Stretch , Stretch test: Always perform a stretch test before , before starting the entire manufacturing process. Pull the fabric about 2/3; If the ink cracks and doesn’t retract with the fabric, it won’t stick.
