Curing Guidelines for Shaliteink Fluorescent Rose Red Plastisol Ink:

• Curing Temperature: Achieve full cure at 160℃ (320°F). Make sure the entire ink layer reaches and maintains this temperature to fully cure.
• Flash Temperature: Flash between 120℃ to 140℃ (248-284°F) for 3-5 seconds.
• Testing for Full Cure: We recommend conducting both stretch test and wash test before full production. For the stretch test, stretch the printed garment approximately two-thirds of its length; If the ink bursts and does not retract, it may not heal properly. For wash testing, allow 24 hours after print, then wash the garment 5-10 times. Signs of deterioration after 1-3 washes indicate undertreatment. If the test fails adjust the dwell time or temperature. Optimal results are often seen on 100% cotton, but our plastisol inks perform well on a variety of fabrics.
