Achieving the perfect cure is crucial for print durability. Shaliteink Purplish Red Tinta plastisol is designed for efficient curing to optimize your production.

• Cure Temperature: Our plastisol inks are fully cured at 160°C (320°F). Make sure the entire ink layer reaches this temperature for a permanent print. It is recommended to use a donut probe for accurate internal ink layer temperature readings compared to a laser gun reading on the surface.
• Flash Temperature: Flash at 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F) for 3-5 seconds. Flash time may vary depending on your equipment and production setup.
• General Recommendation: For optimal results, especially on 100% cotton, perform a stretch test and a wash test on a sample garment before beginning large production runs. When printing on dark fabrics, we highly recommend using white underbase color.
