The low curing property of our fluorescent pink plastisol ink means significant gains in production speed and lower power consumption. By treating at only 160°C (320°F), you reduce the risk of shrinking or scorching heat-sensitive fabrics. It also helps prevent dye transfer, especially when working with polyester blends, as the ink cures below the typical bleed point of most polyester dyes. This is especially important for achieving crisp, clean prints on challenging fabrics.

Nuestro tinta plastisol forms a strong mechanical bond with the fabric fibers, ensuring durability and wash fastness. For best results, we recommend using natural fibers, with 100% cotton being ideal. When printing on dark fabrics, while our inks are highly opaque, a white underbase can further enhance the brightness of the fluorescent pink color.

Pautas de curación:

• Cure at 160°C (320°F). The ink is fully cured when the entire ink layer reaches 160°C (320°F).
• Flash at 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F) for 3-5 seconds. Flash and cure times may vary depending on equipment, ink deposit thickness and type of garment.
• Stretch test: After curing, stretch the printed garment to approximately two-thirds of its length. If the print breaks and does not retract, it may not heal properly.
• Wash Test: Allow 24 hours after treatment before performing a wash test. Complete cure is usually confirmed after 5-10 washes, although serious, if not cured, conditions will worsen after 1-3 washes.
• Pro Tip: Surface temperature readings from laser guns can be misleading. For accurate cure measurements, especially with thick ink deposits, donut probes or temperature strips are recommended to ensure the entire ink layer reaches the target temperature.

Limpieza:

• On-Press: Use a dedicated Plastisol press wash/ink degradant.

Screen Cleaning: Use Plastisol Screen Wash/Ink Degradant for thorough cleaning.

Información de almacenamiento:

• Store Shaliteink Fluorescent Pink Plastisol Ink at room temperature, ideally between 18-32°C (65-90°F), and avoid direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 32°C (90°F) may cause the ink to solidify in the container.
