To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your print, proper curing is essential. Shaliteink elastic plastisol inks are designed for efficient cure.

• Cure Temperature: Cure at 160℃ (320°F) for 60-90 seconds, ensuring the entire ink layer reaches the target temperature.
• Flash Temperature: Flash at 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F) for 3-5 seconds. Flash times may vary depending on your specific equipment and production setup.

Pro Tip for curing: True curing is achieved when the entire ink layer reaches 160℃. Surface temperature readings from laser guns can be misleading. For best results, consider using donut probes or temperature strips to accurately measure internal ink temperature. Perform a stretch test and a wash test (after 24 hours) on the sample garment before full production to confirm proper curing. A well-cured print will not tear or deform after washing and stretching.
