Getting your Shaliteink Gold Plastisol ink cured correctly is important for long lasting prints. Our inks are formulated for efficiency with a recommended cure temperature of 160°C (320°F).

• Flash Curing: For quick drying between layers or multi-color prints, flash at 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F) for 3-5 seconds. Adjustments may be needed depending on your equipment and ink deposit thickness.
• Full Cure: The ink is fully cured when the entire ink layer reaches 160°C (320°F). Surface readings from laser thermometers can be misleading; Consider using a donut probe for accurate internal ink temperature.
• Polyester and dye migration: Our low bleed tinta plastisol helps combat dye migration. By curing at 160°C, you stay below the normal sublimation temperature of polyester dyes (270°-300°F), preventing them from bleeding into your vibrant gold ink.
