How to Use This Ink (Like a Pro)<\/span><\/h2>\n

I have made many mistakes so you do not have to. Printing with\u00a0<\/span>Phthalatfreie Plastisol-Tinte<\/span>\u00a0is easy if you know the tricks.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. The Screen Mesh<\/span><\/h3>\n

For this violet ink I use a 110 or 156 mesh. A 110 mesh lets a lot of ink through. This is good for dark shirts. If you want fine lines use a 230 mesh. The ink is creamy and it flows well. It does not clog the screen.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The Squeegee<\/span><\/h3>\n

Use a medium squeegee. I like a 70 durometer. Do not push too hard. Let the ink sit on top of the fabric. This keeps the violet bright.<\/span><\/p>\n
