For flashing, a temperature range of 120°C to 140°C (248°F to 284°F) for 3-5 seconds is recommended. Please note that exact cure and flash times may vary depending on your equipment, ink deposit thickness and ambient shop conditions.

• Test for treatment: A reliable test for proper treatment involves the “stretch test”. Stretch the printed fabric to approximately two-thirds of its original length. If the ink bursts and does not retract, it may not heal properly. For a definitive test, test by washing after the ink has completely cooled. A properly cured print can withstand 5-10 washes without deteriorating. We strongly recommend conducting both stretch and wash tests before starting mass production to ensure optimal results.
